While it is in Nana instead of Soi Cowboy, the Dawin is a great choice. Very affordable and easy Skytrain access.

"Meet and Greet" for "paupers"! at Suvarnbhum Airport
mrlasvegas replied to marleyboy's topic in Airline Discussion
I am a loyal fast track customer. I have little interest in waiting for up to an hour to get through the line after flying for 20 hours. I book the car service as well with the fast track. I just walk out the door and into the car. As easy as it gets. -
It is a confused Ted Cruz.

Great looking hotel.I will keep it in mind for a possible November trip. -
Not that odd of a law. We have similar regulations in Las Vegas. No bars or casinos close to a school. Ironically some of the schools are named after bar and casino owners. Existing structures and areas such as entertainment districts are usually exempt.

The Redskins have much more to worry about than their name. How about putting together a decent team first?

Comedian and tv show host John Oliver gives a great commentary and proposal regarding FIFA. Even those who can't stand the polka dot ball sport will find this hilarious.

You seem to be confusing American football with the womens sport the Euro's are into.

I can think of a few things, especially as a life long Seattle fan. Ban them(Pats) from the play offs and Super Bowl for 2015-2016 season. That is a more painful penalty than a million dollar fine. The equipment manager texts make it clear that Brady ordered the balls to be adjusted. So he needs to pay the price. Next time to steroid test Gronk.

Any referrals of good Pattaya Real estate agents.

Jomtien is in my area of interest as well. Although I am looking for a vacation place as I still have about 25 working years left before retirement. -

I will say your perception of the real estate business in the US is about 90% correct. Yes, the MLS does give all agents the same access to every property that is placed on the MLS. Provided that all realtors are members of the Association of Realtors, etc. But there is also a system of "pocket listings" among specialized agents. This was the area I often found myself working in on the investment side. Basically sellers agents had a variety of properties that were somewhat unique or the seller was still considering whether to list. Oftentimes I could bring my buyer in and we close the deal wit -

Why does he have the best? Is it contacts, better access to other agents listings, etc.? I owned a real estate investment firm in Las Vegas years ago so am familiar with the terminology. Just trying to get a handle on how to select the best agent. -

I am curious how the listing system goes in Thailand. Is there a common system where every agent can access available properties? Or is it just a what do they know is for sale type of arrangement. I saw many good deals on condos in Jomtien and am kicking around the idea of buying. -
You guys don't seem to appreciate creativity. It is poorly composed but look at the market it is catering to? What bothers me about it is that this is a sort of recruiting video for Indian tourists. A group that no place, especially Pattaya, can benefit from.

I bought my phone at Tukcom. I am quite happy with it but spent a bit more to get a smart phone. Paid around 2,000 baht.

Brother buzz does have his own world on many things. But Seahawks fans are not Raiders fans. Much more class and distinction. So it is nice to be nice, like a Seahawks fan and not a Raiders fan.

Given the size of that large woman with her daughter, you would have not had to run very hard. Speedwalking would have gotten you out of that one. -

True about the defensive coordinator loss. Seattle is retaining a top notch defense. So they will start as a top ranked defense unit. No doubt the offense could use some work. But in reality with a strong defense a weaker offense can still prosper. It just takes more chances to get there. The odds makers favor them to win 2016 Super Bowl. The Vegas sports books have been amazingly right this season. Lets see how next season goes.

Seahawks never have anything to apologize for.

I believe it really was a gamble. Carroll is a risk taker. Against Green Bay his risk paid off. Against New England it did not. While Brady appeared to be playing catch with Seattle's defense for awhile, Wilson had no interceptions till the end. So it was a calculated risk. Seattle will be back next year in better shape than ever.
