I don't have a problem with the Russians. I enjoy looking the the Russian women. During Songkran they were real assholes though. On Walking Street, the only hotel that I know of with a pool is La Fontain http://www.soidb.com/en/pattaya/stay/servi...a_fontaine.html They have a daily, weekly, and monthly rate. There is another, much more expensive hotel with pool just before you get to Balihigh pier, Can't remember the name. It's the same road, but not really on walking street. It's about 1/2 way between La Fontain and Baily High Pier If you want a budget place. Want to make your own? If you have a drip coffee maker, get a bottle of crushed peppers, and put it where the coffee goes, add a couple of shots of the strongest alcohol you can find to the water. The 99.9% stuff from the pharmacy works best. The alcohol helps bond the pepper oil to the water. Then put it in a good spray bottle, or a squirt gun you have left from Songkran.

I bought mine on one of the shops on Beach Road. There are two types I've seen sold there. One key ring size, it sprays a stream, the bigger ones are not really foggers like I can get in the states, but does shoot a wider spray. The stuff I got on Beach road maybe shoots 6-8 feet in a simi-wide pattern, compared to 12-15 foot fog from the US. The dog immediately stops what ever it's doing and tries to wipe it out of it's eyes, while whimpering and crying. Hit them in the face with pepper spray, and they won't want to come around your house any more. They even hear you outside and they will run. Don't get the little can with a solid stream, get the big one that comes out as a fog. You can't miss that way. My Soi had a motorbike chaser, until I pepper sprayed him. He quit after that.
