hi clubman I am glad that you enjoyed the curry ,I will agree that the soi is not among the shinning lights of pattaya ,I only found it because i went in search of crazy daves when I saw on tv that he served apple crumble and custard(my favourite)and there it was, not the best surroundings but for me the best food and thats what im about every time

Should I bring pet cat to Pattaya?
sinbinjack replied to jackcorbett's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
hi jack this is not a joke post, if you let your cat wander as most like to do then consider the semi feral cats that are already in residence unless your cat is extremely strong then he /she might fare badly in the continuing struggle for survival that these cats endure and would not be able to withstand the predation by the various soi dogs that also seem to prey on the cats.the thais also dont seem to have a love of animals that western people do and a strange cat appearing in thier vicinity might set them off to the detriment of your cat,so no matter what you decide I hope it goes well for -
hi all thanks to all those who found my previous posts helpful just a few words more sorry its not your cup of tea fat controler but "I" like the sweetness and that all i can say about that, for all the others that asked about other dishes nee will do almost anything if asked but the menu is limited(the one drawback in my opinion)tho she does exactly what i want and does it exactly as I like it. the nan is freshly made but is only plain or garlic flavoured hi dave I would just finish by saying I dont know exactly where she supplies but I do know she supplies other outlets in the jomtien area,an

dear clubman if you want to be a prick then do so, I posted this hopefully as a help to people like myself that enjoy a curry if you dont im sorry but please dont try to spoil it for those of us who do.For all those interested the woman who runs the kitchen is Nee and she learned to cook curry in halifax in a place that won (im told)the best take away curry in yorkshire so she does know her business, and for those who think that you can get a curry just as good as this at other venues then you are correct as nee and roy supply various restuaraunts around pattaya inc pig whistle, tropical berts

this is yet another post by me in the long running debate of noise on soi 13 a debate that I think I have a better in sight into than some respondants to this post as I have just spent the last 2 months in the lek hotel returning only yesterday .I was on the 8th floor of the lek and heard nothing from the builders whilst in my room(at the front facing 2nd rd)and as i swim every day for at least 30mins the pool area was no stranger to me but whilst the noise was loud at the poolside I was not overly bothered by it(and it was only loud when they pile drove and that was very intermitant)but if yo

I found a place where I can get a good english type curry(sure I know its realy indian)just of soi buakow and almost directly opposite soi diana inn its called NeeRoys for obvious reasons(reasons I was at first unable to understand even after the owner introduced himself as Roy)they come from yorkshire and run a very nice restuaraunt and serve realy good curries and also english food and best of all it is open until 4am with I believe a delivery service, but I have not used this service so am not 100% sure.they are a nice couple and will do all they can to make your meal a great one and nee spe

Pattaya Questions--first time traveller
sinbinjack replied to Jamozz's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
hi jamozz my thought on the questions you posed are 1)try to hook up with someone else on the plane who is going to pattaya as well and share a cab.If you cant get a share get your own the extra hastle is not worth the saving (I am a cheap charlie)in both time and effort as you can be in pattaya almost as quick as the time it would take you to get to bankok bus station which is i believe in the wrong direction anyway(unless you are strting from bangkok where you can get the mini bus service from some places from about 350 baht 2)depending how long you want to stay and your budget you ca -

if you are a light sleeper then dont come to pattaya if you will be staying anywhere near the center of town soi 13 is NOT an isolated location and there is work going on all over pattaya, the sois lucky enough not to have building work have beer bars and IMHO these are louder than any building work and go on all day and into the night well past any so called curfew

hi I am at the lek at the moment and have been this last month(and next) unless you are very sensitive to noise its ok but if noise is a bother to you then another soi might be adviseable( the noise from the bars on 2nd rd are louder than the building work i'm on the 8th floor at the front) ps I sleep most days till 2pm
