I used a telephoto lens and went to the Sunday matinee at Baccara today, around 6 PM, third day after the coup. All the Arab's bars still closed except for Deja Vu, which always seems to have great looking Welcome Girls.

It's getting hazardous. A ladyboy threw a shoe at me.

It's quite a different scene now. All the Arab's bars were closed again last night, not so much neon. Baccara, Sharks, and Crazy House are open for business, these taken around 9:30 or so, the day after the coup.

Electronics are generally more expensive in Thailand. I bought an iPad at an Apple store in Bangkok in 2011 and paid more than if I was in the USA. When I recently purchased a Google Nexus tablet, I found the best deal was buying on Amazon and paying shipping and duty to Thailand rather than buying it here.

I've never ridden one, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that is. But I never rode motorcycles until I moved to Thailand. I knew a few owners. One a collector, never rode, the other rode until somebody swung open their car door. In Thailand, they cost more than a house.

That's right, it was Condo6 I rented from, not VT6. I wanted a high floor and looked at 6 different units, they were willing to significantly reduce the rent for all of the others, but they were all boring in comparison. I didn't realize I was gay, guess you learn something new every day. LOL

It was an excellent studio and none of the girls reacted that way. It was definitely a "no starfish" zone, requires a minimum 3 month lease, and they've raised the rent 50% since I lived there.
