  1. I've used up all my disk allowance except for 13.54 K bytes. I always resize my images before uploading but I can only fit a couple thumbnails in 13 K
  2. Thanks Plahgat. With more relaxed curfew hours I'm afraid these early opening hours will soon end.
  3. I used a telephoto lens and went to the Sunday matinee at Baccara today, around 6 PM, third day after the coup. All the Arab's bars still closed except for Deja Vu, which always seems to have great looking Welcome Girls.
  4. It's getting hazardous. A ladyboy threw a shoe at me.
  5. It's quite a different scene now. All the Arab's bars were closed again last night, not so much neon. Baccara, Sharks, and Crazy House are open for business, these taken around 9:30 or so, the day after the coup.
  6. This place offers a free doggie bag with every Vietnamese dinner! http://www.firesigntheatre.com/bvhtml/marys/index.html
  7. I also tried this place last week and will be back.
  8. 1. Promotion for a new bar, The Stone House https://www.facebook.com/thestoneshousepattaya 2. Eastern European girls from Galaxy http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/topic/30776-galaxy-pattaya-russian-girls/
  9. They from Moulin Rouge, not Jenny Star Bar. They hand out propaganda enticing the masses.
  10. Not a ladyboy comrade, but close "The last mass trials were a great success. There are going to be fewer but better Russians." - Greta Garbo, Ninotchka (1939)
  11. Kamagra Jelly is still 1500 for a box of 50.
  12. Used to have lunch there frequently when I lived in VT6. Pad Thai wrapped in egg for 60 baht, and watch out for the Russians cutting in line.
  13. Electronics are generally more expensive in Thailand. I bought an iPad at an Apple store in Bangkok in 2011 and paid more than if I was in the USA. When I recently purchased a Google Nexus tablet, I found the best deal was buying on Amazon and paying shipping and duty to Thailand rather than buying it here.
  14. First show of the season, ends today at Impact Challenger
  15. The 34th Bangkok International Auto Show at Impact Challenger until Sunday, April 6th. Admission is 100 baht.
  16. I've never ridden one, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that is. But I never rode motorcycles until I moved to Thailand. I knew a few owners. One a collector, never rode, the other rode until somebody swung open their car door. In Thailand, they cost more than a house.
  17. The courts voided the election so the bars can stay open? I just came from Baccara and Happy and they're doing good business tonight.
  18. That's right, it was Condo6 I rented from, not VT6. I wanted a high floor and looked at 6 different units, they were willing to significantly reduce the rent for all of the others, but they were all boring in comparison. I didn't realize I was gay, guess you learn something new every day. LOL
  19. It was an excellent studio and none of the girls reacted that way. It was definitely a "no starfish" zone, requires a minimum 3 month lease, and they've raised the rent 50% since I lived there.
