I have a dtac card (happy i think) that was last topped up either late December 2014 or early January 2015 and it was topped up with 300 baht and it expires either Dec 15 or Jan 2016, not sure which as i left Thailand in January and dont keep the sim in a phone that is switched on when i am elsewhere. I think you only have to recharge the sim either once or twice before they take the validity out to one year.

Have you tried using one of the sim cards that doesnt work in the phone that currently works,it should work if it is the simcard that is being registered.

I believe that all flights from thailand to the uk cost more than from uk to thailand for some reason but no doubt part of the extra is due to the fact that you are trying to book a flight more or less at the last minute.

I think you can get a bus from nth pattaya bus station to Morchit bus station for less than 200 baht then probably a taxi from there to don muang which i believe isnt very far.

What is a good site to get some of these free books from,I have just ordered a kindle and will need to get some books for it fairly quickly before i leave on holiday.
