I like this kind of advertising, so far of the reality

 

First it could be nice to say that it's off plan and that - at best - you will have to wait 2 years to get it and that more probably not before 2015... if ever...

According to your plan the size of the appartment is less than 47 sqm, not 49

What is "high floor"? 15th floor? 25th floor? 35th floor. It's very important because of its impact on the price.

Then the pictures are all wrong. You will not be able to see the sea like that because the big south tower will be between you and the beach...

 

Good luck to sell that with the so many cheaper option in this area

Sorry for misunderstanding about the pictures. I'd like to show you what the room looks like cos the project is under construction and will be completed in 2014. You can have a look this type at showroom. There are two towers, North & South and view that you will see as shown in the picture

Northpoint next door made the same thing...

 

BTW it will soon be a too high density of high buildings in this area.

Zire is supposed to be build on the area below between the 2 NorthPoint towers and the 2 Sky Beach ones !

Some owners of theses condos certainly will not be too happy...
