6000b yes soi 11 of soi bukaow or soi muay thai 5000b air con and hot water, bed and some have tv. Any of the jp or sp apartments there are around that price.

lots of furnished apartments off soi buakaow for this price, mate has one with cable, air con and a very big room for 5000 a month. But you have to take for the month at least.

There is a wide range in and around Pattaya..... you could pay over $1000 a month fora nice beach view place, down to maybe $100 a month for a Thai room on the other side of Sukhumvit.

Up in Nakula there are some Thai apartments that go for 3000/month. 10 sqm room plus private thai bathroom. No AC. Supply your own lock. Three stories no elevator.

 

Worth every penny to watch the Thai girls come and go. Many Thai girls share a bed in a room.
