Reasonable barfines are an enticement to keep coming back. Cheap wanker perves who are not ashamed to sit alone and sip draft for hours on end is what you get with 60baht beer and 1500 baht barfines.

 

Sorry if that seems harsh but it's meant as constructive criticism.

Thanks.......but it seems a bit ironic to talk of punters sitting sipping draft for hours on end when the offer was 60 baht bottles.

Wanker perves need something to look at too of course.

I agree with jacko - but also with Sailfast - if we want reasonable barfines the bar needs to have a better profit on the drinks.

I wish the salaries and ladydrink earnings were lower so the women actually made a real profit from going with a punter without the pricetag being too excessive

Did you try going back to Spankys and asking for your card? Worked for me.

My point exactly. Most of us go to a bar to have a bit of fun and barfine.

 

I could skip my 60b beer (draft or bottle), pay the barfine and go. No lady drinks, no fun, no bar tab.

I wonder how long this business model would work if we all just went in, chose one off the shelf and hit the road?

Or I could have some fun, buy a few ladydrinks and then pay a reasonable barfine.

 

I don't know, maybe hiring 15 girls and getting 1500b, pay the agency and girls cut, skipping the DJ, bartender, waitstaff, ice, bar stock, etc. is a better business model.

 

I suppose in the long run it would save us all some money :)

There are no more coyotes or models in Spankys we have now gained enough staff girls and we are so happy about that ! Great times in Spankys ! Hot girls good times no pressure and in addition to the x pat card now we also have 65 baht Asahi draft! Hope to see you guys back at Spankys.. All the best, Marc

Does this mean that whoever is posting from Spankies is telling deliberate lies to the board? I would be interested to know as I take these things quite seriously. Sure, Gabor and Idefix could have both made the same mistake but both of these members have a great Pattaya knowlege so...

When I walked in two nights ago and ordered a draught (looking forward to the nice Asahi) they just informed me they did not have draught.

I guess that if neither of the 2 improvements that was promised has actually taken place it looks a bit fishy - but will check again.

From the reports here it seems that the management need to pull their collective fingers out. Draft beer selectively and coyotes when they advise that there are zero. Seems that they are just telling the punters what they think that they want to hear.

There was very nice Asahi draught beer yesterday and some nice women. Most of them coyotes though. Did not ask if they were agency or not.

Every time I go by Spankys, it seems rather short of customers, though I am sure it gets busy at times.

 

I dropped into the Spankys Nana Plaza a couple of weeks ago on a weeknight and couldn't get a seat. Also, when I walked in, there were a number of fully nude, dancers of a decent quality.

 

Replicating that environment in Pattaya is a real challenge with the movement of former dancers to coyotes.

 

I can see why Spankys BKK is doing well tho...girls and tits...not coyotes.
