The last time i had a kebab in Patts , i had the shits for 3 days afterwards , Never again for me.........!

I always wonder what they do with the rest of the meat between evenings. Is it refridgerated or just covered with plastic or how the storage is done.

She normally opens about 9 pm. So if you were on LK early in the evening it would have been closed.

No need, it gets covered with flies.

I have an idea it won't go to waste.

Lamp doner medium.... :thumbup BTW... IMO... the doners are the same all around Pattaya, not the rocket science.... the big-big differences, the key question ... the right or wrong sauces...

I'd have to disagree with the statement doners are the same all around Pattaya. Sampled a few from other stands when my favorite was closed and have to say they were pretty bad. Main difference I found was either the meat was overcooked and dried out (probably because they don't sell enough to keep it fresh on the spit) and/or the vegetables were not fresh.

As an aside, my favorite stand is on Soi Dianna, just outside the entrance for LK Metropole, in front of the 7-11.

I agree with your choice. I would grab a kebab on my way home to soi lengkee on most nights. Always happy with the food and her service.

Whilst I'm agree with what you say, I still think, the main differences lie in the quality of the sauces...imagine the differences between the thai style fat, sickening and sweet mayonnaise and a fresh yoghurt sauce... I have no any favourite places, but my experience says, the arab restaurants gives the best quality...but I'm not an expert about the Pattaya döner scene...
