Handing LT from a studio?

This can be difficult for me when the girl's sleep cycle is different from my own (which it usually is). I work from my computer so normally have the lights on, but with a sleeping girl I would need to be in the dark and quiet the next night which is not a good workspace.

 

Does anyone else have this issue? How do you deal with it?

If you look around, you might be able to find a small spotlight which runs off a USB port - enough to illuminate the keyboard and read documents when the lights are off - I found mine in a pound shop in England, but Tuk-Com might have something similar.

 

I've also seen booklights clipped to the screen of a laptop.

Yeah mine does that too,,, not long after take-off. Could have saved myself a grand or two by putting her in the back while I drank champers and port on my own!

I just found a 1 bedroom Thai style place on Buakhao and South Pattaya Rd for 5k/month. The bedroom also is completely quiet to the outside traffic.

 

Only downside to it is a girl could theoretically do the "oh look my clothes are on, I guess the LT is over" move when she wakes up! I'll see about ensuring some clothes are taken off or moved to the main room to avoid this ;p

I think I snagged the last unit at that size. Mostly they have fan rooms at 3.5k. Electric is expensive (10/unit)

 

Street traffic can be heard from the back room. The front room is quiet though.

 

 

Check out that area and you're bound to find something especially after high season. Many Thai style places in that range.

Its is your job that allows her to have a nice bed to sleep in so let her find a solution. I do not know of ANY thai lady with a Ferrang who does not develop a sense of entitlement and superiority complex once they move into YOUR condo. Remind them where they where living before you let them move in

Simple, one of those airline elastic blindfolds (Sleep masks) work wonders, plus a set of foam earplugs perhaps.

 

I sometimes work nights and the sleep mask I have (ebay, less than a fiver) blocks out all sunlight so Mrs Butch can come and go into the bedroom as she pleases and no light penetrates at all, it's good enough to sleep in the day even with the curtains open. Doesn't take too much getting used to as they're soft and comfy.

 

noise wise then a set of wax earplugs, but some people are heavy sleepers and don't need them.
