Probably between 0815 and 0845 hours.  Daytime and particularly Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, I have never seen the place as busy.

I drove through town (2nd and Klang) at midday yesterday..... traffic wise it is beginning to look like Bangkok. Tried to cut through BuaKhao to 3rd but no better.
