I stumbled across this little place called the Tavern at the corner of Soi Nana and Scott Street in Bangkok. What caught my attention initially was the sign indicating you can get chili dogs there. Making American style food is their specialty. Heard some pretty funny stories in there about the filming of Hangover II.

"There isn't a "Pattaya" number plate as such" The only reason I specified a Pattaya plate is so that MM would let me drop the thread here.

It looks like a chick bike. (nothing wrong with that) Donate it to a worthy cause (not a NGO) and take the tax write off. -

Don't confuse 240v AC lines with cable lines. I^2R The meaning of that equation is that decreasing energy lost in wiring by a factor of 4 is worth an increase in loss of life by a factor of 4 in Asia. (220V vs 110V)

Not sure where to put this but since it might be useful for expats I'll try here. Just now installed the Majic Jack App from Google Play. Without putting any money into it I'm able to make and receive calls across state lines. Could someone try this in Thailand and try calling the US? I ran the test using only Wifi enabled on the phone.

Per Wikipedia this car is about 120 HP with a curb weight of about 2500 lbs. With the optional straight shift 6 speed this would be a nice little daily commuter. Do you by chance have any convertibles?

For Rent All New Ford Fiesta Automatic

Not sure why a heater wouldn't be standard today except for a Corvair which actually used a separate gas fueled heater. Modern cars just add a small radiator to the coolant loop and hot air is collected off of it. Another piece of advice learned the hard way. Don't put "Stop Leak" in the coolant to fix a radiator leak. The old Volkswagens just wrapped a pipe around the exhaust to collect heat. Problem there was that when the exhaust developed a hole, carbon monoxide got into the cabin. Which happened on mine, which might explain a lot of questions. -

My first brand new car did not have air conditioning. I was young, skinny, and I refused to pay $800 extra for A/C on a Nissan Sentra that cost only $5600. -
No offense MM but it is highly unlikely that the server is being overloaded with legitimate FLB data requests.

A little underpowered isn't it? Buy the Fiesta ST with straight shift next time. -

Hire a baht bus? I had a problem getting a bus at noon one day. The hotel eventually put me in a hotel car that took me 1/2 way to the airport where I was swapped over to another unmarked car that took me the rest of the way.
