They do do it at big C, I'm not sure what days though. I think it's only one day a week. You can go to AA insurance next to Big C on Sukhemvit and they will do it for you. I think they add on 100 baht. if you go that route, you will have to wait until they go to Big C and get it for you, then picking it up from them after.
