Yes...........Tallguy might bump into you today. We have met before so I'll look out for you. Also the girl at SCB told me it had to be on the day of application. I insisted I could go within 24 hours and she sighed and shook her head. Also she said I should make a transaction while I was there. I'd never hear that before. So as advised I took out a couple of thousand and then worried that her letter and my bank-book totals didn't match exactly. Didn't seem to matter. Jacko only one guy had snowy white hair.......However, if he's eighty he's looking good on it. Seemed in his 70s to m

No, Mr Nonchalance was a Scot......He was a number that had been skipped over earlier......and he'd re-appeared with lots of last minute photocopies. His glasses on and off, pen in hand furiously scribbling info'... handing over papers, having them quickly handed back by a patient Immigration Officer pointing out where he needed gaps completed. In fact of the 8 in front of me I have a good memory....And one of the first up fits your description......Though he had his white hair tied back into a fetching little pony tail. His processing took quite a while when compared to slick and effi

I was 9th in a queue having arrived about 8:15.......Went quickly . I had all my ducks in a row...the only glitch being I'd stapled my photo.....Next year glue. I was done in about a minute. The guy in front of me was filling his forms in at the desk holding everyone up but had to admire his nonchalance......

Maurinho always given the best 'cloth'........but can't cut it. ..........Always ends up as sack-cloth

Merry Christmas my 'Beast Fiend'.......(get your hair-cut)! You'll have noticed circling my desk with your ruler raised that I've almost completely eschewed Politics and Religion since a New Year's resolution I made this year and I'm the happier for it. I'm not sure why, P&R was originally disabled......But when I see the notifications jumping out now, at first I recoil like a salted snail......but then thoughts of all I'm missing: the circular arguments, the bile, phlegm....the verbal vomit....and I'm temped back like a drunk given the keys to a brewery. So if it can be sent to pur

You've done it again Sam....you must be 'septic'.....This song was one I often skipped....Only recently I've truly listened properly and now love it. My new deluxe White Album copy was promised by Amazon US on the 30th........Then absolutely for this morning....Still not arrived.......I hope it comes before Christmas.

Mine is now 11 years old........Sorry couldn't orientate it.

That's a horrible feeling........ I once wondered if I'd left the air-con on in my old condo here........ Phoned from the UK to get a mate to check. I hadn't. I now have a 'to do' list when returning to the UK. As my few remaining brain cells get more lonely the list has grown quite long over the years...... I even get my passport and c cards out the night before incase of a 'safe' malfunction.

For some reason this made me so happy.......... Cracking-up. Old age will do that. Taste of what today's young are missing.

My cousin 'Brenda' over 35 years sober. She knows how low she sank. Quite an achievement. Thanks Butch promise to watch Jan 1st.. Now here's where I lose all my 'Pattaya pavement cred' On the day I put my tree up I found myself watching.......(and smiling while I watched), 'The Princess Switch'.....A Yuletide take on 'Prince and the Pauper'. All these years here and I still have a romantic heart......(And a warning point!!) "My name is atlas2 and I'm a romantic"

Christmas Dinner Options 2019 (updated Dec. 18)
atlas2 replied to Evil Penevil's topic in Restaurants and food
Thanks for the research EP most recommendations look great but, I stayed at Siam@Siam a while back.........There was a nightly Seafood buffet ........On which the Chinese, 'came down like a wolf on the fold' Won't be going there again. As for Sunny's.......How something billed as a Christmas Buffet not have Turkey? ...Agreed some folks hate Turkey but let's have the option? -
I'm left-handed.......Phew!

Edited.......Funny vid not funny because title gives the joke away.

I only looked at the 8 minute version of this yesterday.......A fine largely ignored George song.......It's John saying 'to your mothe' at the beginning and though some people credit John for the great guitar...Sure it's Paul.....Wiki says not, bit of John and George maybe. One of Ringo's fine moments too. Just realised why there's so much, (but not All too Much) of Harry Georgeson al of a sudden....... Died 29th November. I'll add a current fab-gear, fiendish thingy of George's I enjoy playing on my Uke'

Here's a short clip from the ballad of Buster Scruggs........Give you an idea.

This is a turn up for the books.........Hope people don't mind my posting here.

Came across this and liked it.........He might look like Jacob Rees Mogg's love child.....But I've seen a lot of his videos and he's going somewhere in music.
-
Can understand that but found the penultimate one quite moving

Netflix have dropped a film on my Android consisting of 6 shorts about the old West, The Ballad of Buster Scruugs Seen half of it........ really good. Well worth a look

It seems like a large proportion of the square meterage is devoted to food. Should be re-named, '21 Stop Eatery...........' A friend's friend stayed at the hotel......Reports it being full of Chinese guests. North Pattaya in general seems to be a Chinese hub. Even, it's whispered...(and it's not Chinese whispers), Chinese only sex shows. I'm planning to pop along today after the gym for a late breakfast and mooch around. See it albeit belatedly for myself.

All that's available here now Sam although I've not heard of Bahlsen biscuits....I'll look for you next time I'm in Siamburys. Got a mate with his own 'smoker' makes great Ham. The main, (secret) ingredient for my Christmas mulled wine is a large splosh of Stones Ginger wine. I cant stand the stuff in any other context but it gives a great warming 'bite to mulled wine. I've looked everywhere for some here......'Wye King' it would be called in Thai.....If anyone knows a seller be great if you'd let me know.
