  1. All understood now! https://twitter.com/evilkagawa
  2. Why doesn't Moyes play Kagawa?? He's not even on the bench and was a hero for Man U last year! Ashley Young a better player than the Japanese star? Tell him he's dreamin'!
  3. What's this, another Stoke supporter! Early days bratpack, but Stoke are looking slightly better! We play Man City and Arse next two games so let's see what they bring. (Not expecting much in the results department) Looking forward to tonight's games. Hopefully Liverpool and Man U rise to the occasion. I like watching Spurs, they generally play attractive football. I was surprised AVB let Parker go. Another below-par performance by Man City last night, though a win's a win!
  4. Looks cool Evil. Teppanyaki abroad is more fun that in Japan itself. No catch the fried rice and raw egg here in Tokyo, the chefs are generally all very serious.
  5. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stoke fought back from a goal down against Crystal Palace to provide manager Mark Hughes with a win in his first home game in charge of the club. We still suck, but we may survive! I find it funny how after 1-2 games, punters know who will survive and who will go down. The harsh English winter awaits!!!
  6. Tom, 3/1 good odds for Man U! You don't forsee a rebellion against Di Canio before Stoke's meltdown? Big game for the Potters tonight. Need a result against Palace to get off the mark as Man City and Arsenal around the corner. Maybe even put a few passes together (with our feet preferably not our heads! ) ...
  7. Got to love new world money ... Back to the donkey!
  8. The new look Stoke ... look worse than the old team! We shit ourselves if we have the ball! Atrocious! The Potters could have lost 6-0! Instead we had a chance to tie the game ... (stat attack flashes on the box: Walters last FIVE penalties all bottom left ... so where does he aim???? BOTTOM LEFT!!! Twat!!!! Begthebitch should have taken the kick, he's our most attacking player!!
  9. I see the lens is warping the length of some of those "skirts". Shocking!
  10. Who? Woods or Westwood? If you're talking about Woods, the experts and Tiger himself may disagree. http://www.delawareonline.com/viewart/20130722/SPORTS1103/307220039/British-Open-Poor-putting-dooms-Tiger-Woods As for Lee, sure his long game deserted him but his putting on the final day was certainly not on fire. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/golf/23405506 Westwood's stats at Muirfield were completely out of character. His traditional ball striking strength became his weakness. His usual fallibility on the greens was his mainstay. No one putted better over the first three da
  11. You're quick! Phil crept under the radar. Was cheering for Westwood but he can't putt when it matters! Tiger also has lost his pressure putting instincts.
  12. ANA is my airline of choice. They now have a couple of midnight flights daily from Haneda (central Tokyo) to BKK. Very convenient flight on comfortable, modern planes. If only they flew directly to Sydney. They also don't allocate that many seats for free flights using miles.
  13. I did something similar a few years back. If ya get the Skytrain to the last stop by the river, go down the stairs and the touts will find you!
  14. Thanks for the effort Billions. Some rough sites that early!
  15. I don't think so Atlas but time will tell. Rooney's omission from the starting line-up against Real was more a tactical move I believe. Many comment that Rooney is not the player he was a few years back but he is often played out of position to accommodate other players in the team. He has become more of a selfless player, regularly setting up teammates for easy goals instead of having a shot himself. He's still one of the best players in the league, IMHO. That goal he scored against Norwich was right our of the top drawer. Also, for a forward, Shreck puts in a solid defens
  16. Sam they have been spending a packet on new players. Did you read Tom's post?
  17. What was Fergie doing playing that lightweight sulk Nani in such a big game and Wellback over Rooney???? Costly decision.
  18. Very well said FatBoy. But you can probably expect the, "You obviously don't know much about football" response ...
  19. Sam, what about the ambition of the players themselves? Somehow I think Shearer, Bridge, Walcott, Bale, Chamberlain, etc. had bigger dreams that Southampton. Arsenal have also sold off their best players recently. You could say they "lack ambition" but RVP and Fabregas both wanted to move on. The same for Nasri, Ashely Cole, etc. Man U sold Ronaldo in his prime .... When Bale eventually moves on will you say Spurs lack ambition? Like it or not, player transfers are a big part of the game today. Many of the smaller clubs are forced to sell for financial reasons or because of
  20. "Ambition" is only as deep as the owners' pockets or their commitment ... For too many its just a business nowadays. Wasn't too long ago when you could have said Man City were a poorly run club and lacked ambition. Back to yesterday's game and good to see Kagawa doing well after injury. Giggs set for his 1,000 appearance on Tuesday against Real Madrid. Ferguson said both players would feature in the game but who will he start?
  21. She'll be disappointed but a tremendous result for Ariya. Sometimes you have to lose a few before your learn the art of winning on tour.
