Maybe the topic title can help you.

> will have the technology etc to do it... Yes, but a local policeman not, and the many bar girls in Thailand not. I remember that this board refused 10 years ago (don't know now) to register with email from @yahoo, @hotmail or other very easy public email providors. Same reasons behind that. Last: only for registration you have this constraint. I registered on several boards from my country but have no problem to use them now from Thailand.
-
I think you are wrong again with the choice of the Section This kind of announcement usually is placed in Bars/Gogos/Business Owners' Forum
-
Up to you, but most boards about Thailand P4P refuse registration from IP inside Thailand. Reasons are pretty obvious, like avoiding controls/spy from police or similar, or avoiding bar girls to register to read what is said about them That's the reason why TOR and proxys are suspicious and often forbidden to register. About Queen Vic many people like it, but they are mainly old English guys

Hi, A friend made it by big bus a few months ago. - ~6 hours to Aranyaprathet, about 500 ฿ - immigration/visa - ~4 hours to SiemRep, about 350 ฿ A very long trip (in time, 10+ hours for 400 km) but he wanted to take pictures... a lot! You have bus/mini-bus services too, like http://www.kctangkor...le&Id=538974850 Flying certainly is not a bad idea

It's less than 5 km from Jomtiem Beach Condominiums (Level of Soi 10) to Walking Street. With the new "Jomtien 2nd Rd" and the now good Thapphraya Rd, you can be fast to Pattaya 3rd Rd. Just 500m then to Walking Street. 5 min w/o traffic? Can do

Hi. I live in Center Condo. I didn't know this website. Sell prices seems to be about what I read/hear/know from elsewhere but rent prices seem way over average prices here. By exemple 19,000 ฿ for a standard 51 sqm when you find many around 14-15,000...

First: please, BigDUSA don't take that for you. It's not. Just found this page on the Internet and thought about your topic here. I found it an interesting side of American today life... http://thechive.com/...ters-15-photos/ Maybe funny at first... but very sad in fact.

Sorry MM... I just found strange to use the word "scooter" for that kind of "moving chair". Maybe a link could help: http://scootexperiencethailand.com/en/products I suppose BigD must be using something looking like this one: http://scootexperiencethailand.com/en/products/9/3-wheel-mini-Shoprider.html I think it very dangerous to use that on the Pattaya's roads...
-
A very very very slow "scooter"... maybe you should have add "mobility" in your title You have nice Electric Scooters who will have a 50-100 km autonomy and an upper 60 km/h speed. Toyotron is a brand that sell many of them in Thailand. - http://e-motors.biz/en/main/gallery

Hi. I am not sure which agogos could have no mamasan? Her job is not only to help with customers when there is a language barrier, but to recruit new girls and to manage all the problems than girls can have/create together... I forged my opinion on mamasan loooong years ago: I (usually) don't need them. If one try to intervene in my discussion with a girl, I just politely declined her "help". At best I node them when I enter in a place where she see me as a frequent customer. ok. I understand the girls need a mamasan probably more than customers need her. However 2 or 3 times in 10+ years I got good help from them... to localize a girl I remember a pretty new girl I meet in FLB. For some reason I didn't BFed her the first night, and when I came back a few days later she had stopped working after just 10 days. Nobody was able to say where she was now or how to contact her. . Speaking with the FLB mamasan (Moulee?) she told me that this lady probably would come back to get her salary, and when was the payment. I was in the bar that day of the following month when yes she came in. . We got drinks and she then stays with me a few weeks. The kind of service that surely worth a LD and a tip for the mamasan

Hi Grandpollo. Can you tell us more about this card? I used to have a card at Major but maybe 2 years ago they announced me that this kind of card was "finish". I think they replaced it by a points system with 1 movie free after 20 paid full-price, or similar? Is it the "M Generation" card ? - http://www.mgencard.com/

Most common price are 120 baht (80 baht on Wednesday on some movies) for 2D, and 200 for 3D.

Hi. I went in Private Dancer last night. Except the change of name you would not remark any change from Toyz, not even a Mr. Ricky in the place. They probably need some more time. Works going on in ex-Smile agogo for what looks like a Private Dancer soon extension. They had 18 dancers yesterday + 2x2 for the jacuzzi. The same type of lady you find in BabyDolls or in Toyz before. A few shy girls I suppose to be new here (the wear both part of their bikini). Easy to see they do not starve nowadays in Isaan. Funny thing. They put a new panel inside with "rules" and made the same English error they made before on BabyDools one: "Shirt to be worw at all times inside"

Maybe the Wikipedia page can help you? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed_size#Table_of_sizes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed_size#Thailand_sizes It say 42 in × 78 in ( 3.5' x 6.5') for Thai Single bed I would measure my mattress before buying sheets. I saw there is no real standard here and you can find in some place mattress at American or European standard sizes... I think in malls most sizes are in feet, like 5 x 6.5 for Queen or 6 x 6.5 for King.
-
Seriously... What do you think? Did you never heard of washing-machines? Wake-up Put the sheet in the machine Wait ~1 hour Hang it up on balcony Wait 1 hour again Return the mattress Put clean sheet on it Repeat every week... or when required due to any "bedroom sport accident"
-
Agree. I know people who put their AC at 24° or 22° at night and use a big duvet because of the cold air from the AC. They would switch off the aircon, they would have maybe 27° in their bedroom (Pattaya) and no need of duvet or blanket. I just have a plain-sheet ready in case it becomes too "cold" but never used the duvet and its cover-sheet they gave me with the bed when I bought it. I slept 3 years on the same sheet and then bought a new set for 1,800 baht at Carrefour (fitted sheet/2 pillows/2 bolsters). I would not bother to bring here bedding from my country.

Thanks for the pictures Where is that one from?

220-240 in poor areas 250-300 in industrial or richer ones Bangkok: 300, Pattaya: 273, ChiangMai: 250. More: New Minimum Wage April 2012 I understand that the governement want a 300 baht minimum everywhere in April 2013 but looks like there is a strong opposition to this project...

Removed by myself. Potential source of conflict.

I can't speak for all countries because I don't know for many of them, but for most European countries service is already included in the bill, and waiters already have a salary above the legal minimum: tip is a bonus. In this countries tip is only a reward for very good or exceptionnal service. Tip is (was?) not mandatory, but with more and more tourists things are changing there too. In Pattaya, when I go in a restaurant or Thai buffet, I let the girls manage the tipping. It's usually low (20-40 baht) but they often give another tip to the waiter/waitress who took good care of us. I sometimes raised this waiter tip to 100 baht when we are a big group and gave him/her a lot of work that she made perfectly and with smiles. In bar I give very few - and sometimes nothing - when I just get 1 drink. If I stay longuer (and then like the place or a lady) usually 20 baht. I something exceptional or a very long stay, probably 20 baht too but a tip to the service girl too. I don't say that what I do is right and others are wrong, but I am ok with these amounts. I see many guys paying their one drink with a 100 baht note and let all the change (20, 30, 40 baht?) as a tip. I think that it's wrong and that a good tip must be a reward for work only.
-
I would not do it but I would not say it's not possible. With 1,500 baht you could do 2 ST daily with Coconuts Bar girls, drink cheap beers from 7/11 or cheap draft beers in agogo, and still have enough money for some Thai food you buy in food carts. Looks like some people really live like that in Pattaya...

Right, as many never failed an EPO test... until a laboratory find a new way to detect it. We will never know, just a big doubt because so many times some many suspicions about him or his team. BTW I think there should have a kind a period limitation after which no more investigation can be made. Let's say 3 years max for the science to find a new way to detect new illegal drug usages and after that it's done. Changing a race result 10 years later is ridiculous and very bad for sport and sportmen.
