Read in our local paper today if you change the sound setting of your TV equalizer to below should cancel alot of the noise out. Push 100HZ channel all the way up. Drop the 300HZ channel all the way to the bottom. Drop the 1KHZ channel all the way to the bottom. Set the 10KHZ channel in the middle. Cheap up in the sticks - 100 bahts for 3 big bottles from local village shop or you can buy a carton of 12 up the road in town for 300 bahts. Sorry to thread fuck the OP, but I always wondered why BBQs are so bloody expensive up in Thailand. We can get a decent 6 burner down under for about $500 (15,000 bahts). Is it the actual jets, the stainless steel or what that makes them so expensive? I wonder how much they weigh and how much to stick in BIG suitcase and pay excess baggage maybe? Kev
