  1. This latest fiasco over the Irish border is quite simply leading us to a no deal. Even if weak and wobbly May gets half a deal its going to be kicked out of parliament Batten down the hatches lol Donald Tusk ahead of tonights meal of EU leaders (except May) is quite blunt "There are no grounds for optimism"
  2. Anyone see the piece done for the rolling BBC news yesterday. Am guessing it will be repeated Jesus wept in the event of a no deal my OP on travel can be multiplied by 10 . Absoutely savage situations for all types of travel in the event of a no deal Interviewing a Eurostar employee who when asked what do you expect to happen answered "God alone knows" as to using the service lol If this goes to a vote in Parliament the amount of dissenters is literally 100% going to throw out any Theresa May deal utterly certain as well. Dont book (if you can) any form of travel across the borders fo
  3. I see they have updated the photo now to correct aircraft ! Originally it showed the a380
  4. 43.28 live rate as at time of post at Yellow TT exchanges

Relaunch of previously suspended service now using ultra long range A350 but only 161 passenger Premium economy and Biz only https://www.scmp.com/news/asia/southeast-asia/article/2167985/singapore-airlines-resume-worlds-longest-commercial-flight
  6. Staggering. Am guessing Emirates must be similar
  7. My sole concern with putting 800,000 Baht in any Thai bank is the never ending thought that one day you log in and for whatever reason some or all has gone walkabout maybe theft, maybe atm fraud etc etc, and your subsequent battle royale to ever get it reinstated
  8. More meat on the bones provided by Martini9946. Some really need to get their heads outa the sand in the event of a no deal. Reading summaries of the weeks dailies yesterday and any potential deal is quite likely to be voted out Tough times coming
  9. Reading one article whereby they blamed having to pay £18 million plus in aircraft rental because of late delivery of their neo 321 aircraft and that pushed them over the edge. May be in above link havent actually read that one
  10. Good article Butch 50 years indeed time goes quick for sure
  11. You're pure gold buddy thats for sure. Twist, deflect and move the goalposts. Which footie team do you support ! Best you check your Easter dates next time before making a fool of yourself again
  12. Have to say lol that the times I flew in the Evergreen Deluxe section (elite now) in the nose cone of Evas Combis were the best flights ever out of Heathrow The leg room was fantastic because of the curvature and they had 2 seat sections in the middle where you could have parked a car in front of you
  13. Take the time to read it up yourself as I have done but nevertheless you wouldnt have had the opportunity to post this message if I hadnt put up the OP in the first place another which you ranted as rubbish, but yesterday proving quite the opposite.
  14. What I highlighted in the OP but was accused of being naive lol and watching too much sky news
  15. Its not meant to be a gourmet experience but what is, is simply excellent value for money and anyone claiming its crap or remotely close to it would be better off at established steakhouses like beefeater etc It is what it is but expect to wait for a table
  16. Gulf and Oman have very high passenger loads as well
  17. No idea but I've been multiple times and more to the point regular girls love it. Very good quality, cleanliness and everything inbetween No possible person could leave disappointed even if it was double/triple the price. Dont compare it with the open air thai places on 3rd rd which are hardly any cheapaer anyway....5th floor central festival cant miss it 10/10
  18. If I want steak I go up that five seasons place in central festival where you pick out the meats you want cooked and they bring it to your table in the meantime help yourself to all the buffet items including mussells pork and everything else Ridiculously cheap 329 baht last time I went i didnt eat for two days
  19. Yes noticed the feed on facebook yesterday Was only early this year the article over Emirates and their rows of planes stood on remote aprons because unable to utilise over route cuts and flight reductions
  20. lol buddy it was well reported that the world wasnt going to end. I cant think of a better way to say it lol What isn't being reported is what is going to change from March 29th in the event of a deal and god forbid a no deal which is increasingly likely again after yesterday. I've seen stuff (and the rest here can likewise with simple searches) of the reams of changes with both a deal and no deal outcome. Am not listing them here as was accused of being naive the last time I did. The naivety is from those with their heads in the sand I can actually see this going to a peoples vote on any
  21. Andy Le Cap wrote "So I repeat my question.... Does any BM have a ticket for a flight leaving the UK after 29/03/2019? Last night I put in dates outboud 29/30th March to European and Thai destinations. It may purely have been a 1 off but a lot of the major carriers were missing (lot were still there) will repeat it tomorrow see if its repeated. Anyone who think this is project fear (across the board) should have been been promoting that pre referendum. A lot of people in the uk need to give their heads a serious wobble. Someone earlier compared it to the clock clicking over to the
  22. I meant to put up these before apologies. The non stops. Thai was £484 hence I left it off
