Problem with that flight Rainsberger is that if you from the south west (as I know you are) there no coach or train thats going to get you there at that time of the morning for the flight (unless you leave home midnight etc) Chivas

In response to another post "Elite" is Evas premium economy brand name. 5" bigger seat seat pitch than economy but certainly no bar to sit at.Food now the same as economy. Certainly not double the price of economy but from uk about £200 extra. Seating is 2-4-2 across. Chivas

Indeed they certainly do have excellent prices on their website for certain dates although most of the cheapest prices mean extremely long connection times, even though they do put you in a hotel overnight. Chivas

They are refurbishing the original wing from June 1st. There was no noise in first week to speak of as they ripped out all the old furniture. Just avoid the sea views on the other block if staying in the other wing over next few months as the noise from the construction of the View Talay Condo and the new shopping mall can be a little loud at times. For UK nationals wanting to go out first week in July, Westeast are offering Eva at £556 but must be booked/paid by 15th June. Considering Qatar is £600 + and Etihad £650+ I reckon its a good price. Chivas

The Gatwick flights are being reintroduced later this year (late summer I recall) for certain days of the week. Forget the details without going into my system but if you go into westeast or wherever and put in some dates youll see Gatwick reappear on the schedules. Chivas
