  1. I'll squeeze a box in for you, don't worry!!! Just got some bigger cases.... Weight isn't a problem Thailand bound..... just the other way it's a problem!!!
  2. Would you like me to smuggle in some "Yorkshire Tea" in for you Jacko? Would 480 teabags be enough?
  3. And they say lightning never strikes twice...... Might be an idea to move to another neighbourhood....
  4. That's what I thought he meant as well... Perhaps Jacko is wanting me to bring some luxury toilet paper over for him next month...
  5. Time for a bump.... Who's turning up for this one? I can't but will be at the next one.... fingers crossed...
  6. No official announcement yet..... Most probably will get announced when their winter 2018 schedule is released.
  7. Don't know if this one has been posted on here before..... but I just find it some hypnotic for some reason.....
  8. By booking through expedia with member discount and going through a cashback site I've paid just under 800 a night by paying in advance for the superior/premium room... http://destinypattaya.com/hotel.html
  9. It's two weeks since Mr Rover99 posted this and it comes as no surprise that he hasn't returned... Thread locked
  10. For my May trip I've booked 4 nights at Zen Rooms on LK Metro..... I believe the rooms are above Destiny GoGo. Got a cracking deal on a superior room. The rooms look quite decent but there seems to be very little on the old interweb in the way of reviews..... I know one guy who has stayed there and he said it was good apart from the entrance to the guest house part of Destiny, which is down an alley to the side. The noise on LK Metro won't bother me as I tend to be out until after 03:00 On my last trip stopped at iRovers and wasn't impressed by the quality of the room I stopped in.
  11. And at MAN there is also Cathay, Singapore and Oman....
  12. Yes, no competition on direct but their main completion from MAN will be the ME3. To make an impact their prices will have to be competitive against them.
  13. If they price it competitively ...They'll be up against EK,EY and QR
  14. No. I'm not..... But looking at your posting history on here you do seem to be very frustrated by their mods.....
  15. Or just lock it..... Not the first time unclebuck has come on here to rant about thaivisa,.....
  16. Not necessarily, perhaps they've looked at advance sales on all the A380 routes for the duration of the period one of their A380s will be out of service and selected the one with the lowest sales. Thai Airways aren't the only airline on the planet that changes rostered aircraft.... I've had it with both Etihad and Qatar.... with Qatar changing the rostered aircraft 3 times between booking my flights and actually flying!!!
  17. Well, it definitely looks like the OP was spamming here.... he hasn't been back since posting it....... I'll give another couple of days....... In the meantime I'm loving all this chat about Spam.... it's so tasty, especially with sweet chilli sauce!!!
  18. Manchester is the top unserved route between Europe and Bangkok..... the demand is there for it http://www.anna.aero/2017/01/24/europe-thailand-trends/
  19. What would be groundbreaking is London to Sydney/Brisbane direct flights..... I believe Qantas are actually thinking about doing it
  20. Exactly...... Not exactly groundbreaking, it's only just a wee bit longer than the longest A380 flight from DXB to AKL and with a lot fewer passengers....
  21. Qanats can't have been that confident... They had a standby aircraft rostered just in case
