They can attract pilots to fly for them, but the problem is keeping them.... the problem is the turnover. At the moment more pilots are leaving than being recruited or trained....

Etihad is in bigger trouble than either Emirates or Qatar..... Etihad are now looking at cancelling some of their ordered aircraft

If Emirates don't have enough pilots to fly them what can they do? At present there's more 777's in storage then A380's...

Emirates is is having to put aircraft into storage at DWC caused by a shortage of pilots.... Both A380's and 777-300ER's are being put into storage.

With Etihad pulling out it means Qatar will have competition again....

My trip this month flying with Qatar has an A346 on the QR836/837 rotation with 2-4-2 seating.... I actively try to avoid flying 777 if I can....

So you want to attach a .gif into your signature? Go into "My profile" and "Edit my Profile" click on "signature". That will bring up a box where you can edit your signature..... You should be able to add an image by clicking the image button and entering the URL of the image.
