  1. I disagree with you there...... Rugby League's origins stem from working class northerners at the end of the 19th century. It is still a working class game played by and watched by the working class. Outside of Superleague most players still work a normal job as well train and play. The huge majority of supporters come from the working class.
  2. This is not the first quality control issue Boeing has had lately..... remember the delay caused by some fasteners? Definitely looks like a Boeing problem rather than suppliers. But as always Boeing blames the suppliers. It has nowt to do with the supplier being a Euro company. Like I said before...... what would a postman know about quality control??? Sweet FA!!!!
  3. Boeings quality control fucking up more like it!!! But what would a postman know about quality control??? Sweet FA!!!!
  4. Quality Control is down to Boeing... It should be checking all parts received are up to the required standard. And if they suspect a suppliers parts are not up to the required standard then Boeing should send their own QC down to the suppliers to find out why.
  5. Sounds like Boeing have a quality control issue. It sounds they failed to check them properly when they assembled the airframes..... Yet again they try to blame the suppliers rather than themselves.
  6. Here we have Septic who doesn't know what he is talking about! The EU taxpayer doesn't dig in my pocket...... I pay my taxes to the Inland Revenue. then the UK Government and the EU distribute my taxes on my behalf...
  7. BigBunky keeps on bitching about it!!! The American market is dominated by airlines that are loyal to Boeing..... so my taxes don't help provide lower airfares for Americans.
  8. Weren't you the one who posted about the 787 flying in 2007, with deliveries starting in 2008??? The reality is in only just made it's first flight with days to spare in 2009 and the testing program is finding weaknesses in the design and construction. It is a Nightmareliner...... not a Dreamliner As I have said before... I am happy my taxes are being used to help support European Industry.
  9. The nightmare continues for the Nightmareliner.
  10. Give my regards to Pam then!!!!
  11. I don't have a problem with suppressed urges.......... the wife takes care off all my urges!!!
  12. Just illustrating a point about American football being a gay sport - and there was no better colour to use than pink! 1 post in 2K+ isn't exactly "favouring" pink as my text colour, is it???
  13. Tight Ends, Receivers......... Now that is a gay sport if their ever was one!!!!
  14. Can't be any gay-er than American Football....
  15. English footballers are a load of overpaid and over-hyped prima-donnas. Too many foreigners play in the Premier League meaning there is now a shortage of players to pick an England squad from.
  16. Calling your antagonists "wacko lefties" is a bit of a cheap shot.
  17. Where's the personal attack in my post? The 3 Stooges is just a reference to yourself, MrMango and Scally. If I had called you a that would have been a personal attack!
  18. Yes, "old news" but it is noticeable how the 3 Stooges only post the "good" news and keep quiet about the problems the testing program uncovers... According to the 3 Stooges testing is going great, but the reality is the testing have uncovered major flaws with Boeings design. The wing attachments and the rear stabiliser section are critical areas of the ariframe, and both areas have had to be redesigned.
  19. They might be flying...... but they are still having to modify the design as the testing continues. Bit foolish building so many in advance of full certification........ airframes 4 to 22 are going to need rework before delivery. The "nightmare" continues.
  20. How many of the passenger variant are on order? 32 isn't it? As a passenger aircraft the 747 is a dinosaur, and on it's last legs.
  21. Does that number include the 25 that were recently cancelled?
  22. And the USA is full of Plastic Paddy's!!!
  23. A380 deliveries are as newsworthy no, unless it's to a new Airline. As for delivery rates..... An A380 is a wee bit bigger than the likes of an A320 or a B737, so they take a wee bit longer to build and outfit.
  24. Are they not? Funny I thought they were! I consider myself as a Brit, not English... I have Scottish, Irish as well as English DNA in me.
