Well, it's that time of year again, and we're having a little party for Pin, my longtime (and long suffering) companion of the better part of the last decade.

 

She'll be there, probably throw some kind of a fit, and it should be great entertainment for everyone except me. With any luck, she'll get drunk and do some pole dancing too.

 

Oh, and we'll be having some pork noodle soup (guay teow muu) for food, prepared by our staff and quite tasty.

Same lady, and yes, I was proud of her.

 

Unfortunately, she has done nothing to use the degree, and I'm less than thrilled about that. The exigencies of taking care of our palatial condo and keeping track of me have occupied most of her time.

I just dropped by the bar and checked that the hostesses are not doing anything special as far as dress for tonight, so the regular bar fine will be in effect all night.
