I am looking for a 2 month rental, possibly more from end of September. Is wifi available? Also what are the water and electric charges.

Thanks

There is ADSL internet. Electricity Charge at 5 Baht per unit.

Definitely, there is 1 AC.

Very unlike an estate agent not to mention an important positive point like that!

Look on the wall by the bed, looks like AC controls to me.

Or the extra one under the TV.

No mention of a toilet either. Do we have to shit off the balcony? Is that why there is so many condo leaps in Pattaya.

Seriously I viewed this condo a week ago it is very well furnished except no sofa, probably OK for short stays but for something longer would need one.

No mention of AC.

AC is mandatory for all VT6 apartments on Walking Street side !

They are facing south-west and are VERY hot in the afternoon.

Look at VT6 from beach road: many apartments have a big white external curtain

to (try to) protect their terrace from the sun...

For the price, you'd be better off staying at a guest house.

Doubt you would get a guest house room comparable to that one for less than 400thb a day.

Wouldn't it be closer to 650/day even with the longterm rental? Also, you don't have to pay utilities at a guest house.

Correct I did the 22k a month as 2 months rental. :clueless

But still not a bad price as a lot of guest houses do charge for electric on long term rates.
