Need advice from the Board. Bringing the GF to Thailand

Recommended Posts

I know I know I know I know.................................... Before everyone starts beating the shit out of me, I have told my GF for 5 years now I would take her to Thailand. Now she is a smoking hot Filipina that can compete any day of the week with a bargirl. She is game to have fun but not Board-member fun such as fucking other girls and shit like that. She is game, but conservative. We have 2 weeks in Thailand don't wont to GO Crazy spending like a 2 week billionaire but want to have some fun. What do you guys Suggest ? Where to go ? and Where to stay ?. I was thinking Pattaya for like 3 days then maybe Ko samui for a few days or maybe Phuket. Also might do Bangkok for a couple of days. All Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys.....................

I was going to suggest Ao Nang, Krabi but since she is from the Philippines, she would probably not be impressed. Scenic beaches are pretty common there. She would likely like Bangkok or maybe Pattaya.

Bangkok...if you can keep her out of the luxury department stores :bhappy

Puhket for a laid back holiday but still a bit of the nightlife and bars to see

Chiang Mai for a more laid back holiday

A few nights in Pats to see the craziness and then up to Bangkok, a great world class city with lots to do, especially along the river. Then go north to Ayutthaya and Chiang Mai.

If you have the time, go in to Myanmar by train.

??? What was I going to say.........?

Oh yeah I keep losing my train of thought. 'Rot fi shun gan' is a Thai 'suparsit' or 'saying/proverb. It means a 'train crash' but Thais use it whenever two customers or boyfriends appear at the same time..........Quite a common occurrence if it has it's own suparsit........ Derailed a few relationships.......

To the OP....... Try Paradee Resort on Koh Samet.

Of course you have heard of working on the railroad--laying Thais.

I always go for a beach Villa.....In for a penny in for a pound. Villa 101 is at the end of the private bay and completely private with your own pool to 'paddle' in.

Low season and through an agent (not direct) for the best deals. Price includes a private speedboat to the island.....The girl's squeal throughout the ride. You're met on the beach by the staff lined up to wai you both. The girls accept this show of servitude with the aplomb of a princess born to it.

All of the 6 girls Ive taken here, half of which were soi 6 superstars proved to be perfect partners.

Most kept their personalised soaps to bring home and show their mates. For a couple I had business cards made from one of the photos taken on the beach. Some of you may have one..........

I have made videos here with all the girls but the one below is off of youtube.

I am currently in Ao Nang and am enjoying it immensely. Good weather, excellent scenery, plenty to do and see.

Imho it is far better here than hua hin or Samui for an interesting romantic break.

Easy to get to with cheap flights from bangkok.

I don't recall seeing what your budget is.

I have taken a few Japanese birds to Thailand over the years. We had a blast.

Apart from a trip to Koh Chang and Patts, another suggestion is to stay on the river in BKK. We used to stay at the Mariott which has been renamed the Anantara. You could get a decent room there for $40-50 a night a few years back through Priceline. Good luck getting that rate now. Take in a few river tours, sunset cocktail cruises, etc. Shop till she drops and then head to Hua Hin. Train was relaxing. One left at around 1 pm ("Sprinter" I believe.) Gets to Hua Hin around 5:30. My favorite hotel there was the Hyatt. Plenty of cheaper options as well but the ambience at the Hyatt was worth a splurge, IMHO.
