Healthy it isn't, but I think a good old breakfast is a good way to wake up after a heavy night, and it will see you through until tea time. Shame to have a go at an English tradition, and as the French say, to eat well in England, you would have to eat breakfast 3 times a day.

Check with her how long they will take to be fabricated. In Los it can be 5-7 days, any longer than that might not fit in with the flights, warranting a pricey ticket change.

Don't hear much of this, perhaps there is some rule that only Thais can drive boats, most certainly the fishing boats can only be captained by a local.Anything is possible but I would be very wary of one of them claiming damage to the boat and extorting money... like they do with the jet-skis.
