  1. That food looks the bees knees. Salivating as I type ???
  2. Most of my tickets purchased have been produced instantly or at least overnight. Travel Trolley sounds a bit comedic, bit like your delay really but I hope you get it sorted
  3. A good looking and good value breakfast
  4. I suppose you could also buy a couple of top up credits and periodically load them on your phone whilst back home
  5. I'm looking forward to trying this food when we arrive in July
  6. And that's exactly it, the unit is ideal for a certain person and I'm sure it will be sold provided that it's marketed properly

  13. My wife and and son landed on Sunday from LHR and had a 30 minute delay on the runway due to the surface repairs being carried out and thus planes 'backing up'. Immigration not a problem as a Thai national. I hope this improves next week as myself and daughter follow........can live with a 30 minute delay if needs be though
  14. Externally, the plane looks a winner. The Thai Air livery really does suit it. A handsome beast
  15. Tim Vine by chance ?
  16. I think I have paid around £750 one Christmas for Bristol - Amsterdam- Bangkok on KLM then Air China also, During school holiday time, July/August, I've paid around £850 for Thai Air direct flights but this includes a return trip to Udon Thani The least, well, I recollect a £435 on EVA about 6 years ago Still good deals out there if you are flexible on dates and airlines. I'd never do more than about 15/16rs travel so many non direct routes are out for me. The direct flights with Thai suit the best, although I accept they are using ageing planes but with Airmiles and internal freebies, they rank my number 1 choice. that may change
  17. Good God, Crazy Daves, I have to confess to eating there but it was only a handful of times at approx 4am. Totally pissed, not enjoyable, but fodder nonetheless.I recollect swilling it down with 35bht Singha, so that'll probably be the reason why!! I'll say no more other than Dave will not be seeing my custom again but I will say though, the service was good. Good luck to them, at least their business is still there, so they must be doing something right.
  18. That £10k you mention is via your bank on a daily transfer and I enquired with HSBC and it seems the max daily aloowance I would not recommend taking large sums through Heathrow though regardless whether yu have a bank statement showing a withdrawl its still a licence for them to question you and possibly hold the cash and delay your exit
  19. Get yourself up to the DVLA offie in Stoke Gifford and go in and sort it all there and then

  24. I think you'll find that if its a 'non change' ticket, thats exactly what it means. Check the ticket as it usually states the terms and conditions of issue
