  1. I'd give it a miss. If he was back in Newcastle or Chicago or Auckland and is silly enough to send his paycheck and undying love, well, that's another tale.
  2. I found it to be overpriced for the condition of the room. Not a complete shit hole, but I think one could do better for the price. If memory serves me, I was charged 900 baht per night two years ago. At that time the rooms looked NOTHING like those posted on their website. The room was pretty good size but the furniture was junk, paint was peeling from the walls and the balcony was just large enough for two people two sit if one of them sat under the aircon unit. To be fair, the staff was pretty friendly and the location was pretty good if that's the part of town you want to be in.
  3. That is sound advice. Take lessons from a pro as early on in your game as you can. It's not even a good idea to try the game first to see if you like it before taking a lesson. You don't have to be a great golfer to love the game, but being a terrible golfer simply because you don't know how to correctly swing the club can make it very un-enjoyable. I no longer golf because of a shoulder injury. However, if I ever decide to try and play the first thing I will do is take lessons. Hopefully some of my bad habits will have been forgotten.
  4. Sounds like you have the situation in hand. FWIW; IF you are looking for a true bisexual experience for your wife, It's not that easy to find girls to go with both of you. Don't get me wrong, they are out there but it's not as easy as you think. Some girls will say they are into it, but the performance for your girlfriend may be less than stellar. We had ZERO luck on Koh Samui. Pattaya was much better. Had some decent offers and some amazing "in bar" foreplay between my falang g/f and dancers, but the Bangkok prices where a turn off so at the time we passed over some experiences that
  5. I would not have them sit in the back of the bar and not interact. I would, however, prefer to know up front. There is a place with a green badge/red badge system... can't remember the name of the joint... owner is a nut...
  6. I just love the way she holds her own hair out of the way.
  7. I was to spend my first trip to Thailand in Phuket. I was to arrive the week after the tsunami struck. My friend and I decided it was to soon after the disaster to vacation in Phuket. I started googling places in Thailand and came across this strange website called The Pattaya Pages My friends who spent lots of time in Phuket told me not to travel to Pattaya as it was a shit hole full of brothels, but, they had never actually been to Pattaya. I got lots of great advice and booked the Residence Garden. It was all down hill from there....
  8. FWIW, been loading pretty fast for me the last few days.
  9. I golfed for years. Then I bought a sailboat. I have never come home from a day of sailing and felt frustrated or pissed off enough to break something. I never got laid on a golf course.
  10. If that is the place down the road from the Residence Garden, then that is too bad. I ate there many times last year and it was VERY good and the portions where HUGE. Oh well....
  11. Yup vaccine(s). also, I think most Thai's end up with the type of raised scar tissue that many people of darker skin color get.
  12. I know. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
  13. "cable TV" ...lol took me a minute
  14. Here in this photo you will find two. One is some sort of monkey. The other is a very attractive man...no, not the man holding the monkey, the man BEHIND the bar!
  15. Just for fun, I pulled this out of my internet ass - "According to the National Safety Council, buses, trains, and airlines have much lower death rates than automobiles when the risk is expressed as passenger deaths per mile of travel. In 2000, the passenger death rate in automobiles was 0.80 per 100 million passenger-miles. The rates for buses, trains, and airlines were 0.05, 0.03, and 0.02, respectively. 16. Tough stuff that 151, but smooth considering the power it packs. I will take the liberty of correcting you. Bacardi 151 is 75.5% alcohol, or 151 proof, hence the name. I prefer my rum darker and smoother. Gosling's Black Seal is wonderful stuff. There is a rum called Sailor Jerry, 92 proof, spiced and smooth. Similar to Captain Morgan, but better tasting and stronger as Capt. is only 70 proof.
  17. Funny thing happened on the way to this thread, for the second time... I though it would be about bisexual women. Anyway, about women... I tend to like bisexual girls. They are twice the fun.
  18. I have to agree with everything posted so far. I will add that Bangkok is a bit less crazy and there seems to be more respect shown after dark, although it is possible to get wet, depends on where you go. Taxi Meter is cheap and dry transportation. It's possible to exit your hotel into a taxi and pull up in front of an indoor bar or restaurant and not get wet, or just get sprayed a little. As long as you stay out of the Falang dominated areas you MIGHT find that if you ask someone not to get you wet they will go easy on you, then again it's up to them. If you want to take part in or watch
