Always a great stop-off place (and then you couldn't get away again), Mrs Cap will be gutted - the Mekhong Cokes were bloody strong and the girls preferred her to me (figures... )

Whenever I visited it there were only a few girls, less customers it looked a little dated and the music was rock which isn't really to my tastes so although I don't like to see any gogo closing I must admit I will not miss it.

I have a great memory from TQ 2. A number of years ago I found a cutie there and barfined her. Soon the farang manager came to see me. He wanted to know if I would do him a favor and take her friend too. I told him that one was enough thinking he just wanted another bar fine. He explained that the other girl was a lesbian and there would be no bar fine for her. He said that if I didn't take her she would pout all night and just piss off the other customers. I was a little apprehensive but he assured me that I would be quite happy with the two of them. I certainly was.

 

To make a long story short, both girls were happy and were excellent bed partners. Whatever I wanted was fine and I got to enjoy lesbian action too. The next afternoon they asked me if I would keep them both for another night. All I would have to pay is the bar fine and pay for their meals. As it worked out, I had them both for five nights. Those five nights are among the best I ever had in Thailand.

I did have quite a few pictures of them but that was before I decided that backups were important. A hard drive crash lost those as well as quite a few more. I went through the backup CD's and those pictures were not on any of them. Now I use a remote hard drive to backup my entire system.

 

I tell this story to remind all you guys to pay attention to at least backing up your music and pictures if not your entire system.

Have spent far too much time in the TQ2 on so many trips.

So many good memorys.

Always made very welcome by Steve who also introduced me to the crazy world of The Hash.

To Patrick and some of the wildest late nites. Not forgetting Woot who always had a warm

greeting when I made it back to Pattaya.

Only booked flights back to Thailand this morning!

Oh well TQ1 will be calling, everything changes.

And for some reason or other Alf did NOT seem gutted - he seemed to be having fun both in PBG and FLB with his girlfriend and other friends as the news of the closing was posted.

Good to see - Alf is a good guy - probably good for his liver though not being in TQ2 all the time ;-)

Its always sad to see an institution go out of buiness however I am like some of the others here and never got into it. Isnt it strange how we can feel at home in some places and not in others. I have no idea why this is but it has never been on my list of must do and see placs in Pattaya. Whatever, best wishes to the management for their future ventures.

I consider Alf a good friend. That's perhaps the only reason I went to TQ2. It was a good place, but needed some capital infusion.... perhaps it was too small a place... some girls were friendly...
