Ok: next time you go in Private Dancer look at the left-back corner.

From the left: The wall, the Toilet access, the jacuzzi/playmate, a column, the girl access to private area...

It's now a playmate area but I think they just covered/closed the old jacuzzi + shower who was there.

 

The video is like the cameraman was against the toilet door.
