Been away from Pattaya for a good while and was wondering about acquiring Cialis without a doctors prescription in Pattaya. Is it still possible to buy or will I need to see a doctor in Pattaya for a prescription?

Many pharmacies in the tourist areas carry all the brand name ED drugs and Indian generic copies if you ask them.

Naming the pharmacies on the open board, however, is probably not a good idea. You can PM some respondent to this thread who might fill you in on various options.

I wondered about this when I tried to get some Sidagra (Thai Viagra).

I tried a few pharmacies around LK metro and one place offered me a packet but they were more expensive than I thought and it was explained that they take a chance supplying me without prescription so I need to pay more. seemed reasonable to me and I mentioned this to a mate.

He went to a doctor in a soi opposite soi 6/1. Its about 30 meters south but easy enough to find. Opposite the Centra Hotel lobby.

I think its Dr Belen clinic and he gave him a script and he got his sidagra cheaper than me. If you want a few packets the cost of the Dr is easily paid by the savings on the medication.

For what its worth here are the details but I have not actually been there so the info is third hand.

Not expensive and save any trouble.

I went into a pharmacy in Pattaya Tai a few weeks ago and like many other places had no gels on sale. ''But'" says that lady ""if you want Kamagara pill can have one now, here" I didnt take her offer up but I guess that I left the place with a smile because to me that is the right attitude and one that I have come to expect in Pattaya.

As for pharmacists. To me this seems to be a bit hit and miss and trial and error. I have settled into one place that I have had good service and his prices always seem reasonable as I do check around when I am looking for any medication. I will however be back soon and will be looking in that place off Second Road that was selling the short dated Kamagara Fizz early on in the year to see if they have any more specials.

Thanks. I'll bring my stash of EDs but good to know I can restock if need be.

You might want to consider getting a letter from your GP to confirm you have the drugs for a genuine medical condition. There were quite a few stories a year or two back about falangs getting shaken down by the police, particularly in the area around Ekamai bus station in BKK, and needing to contribute to the police welfare society if they were found with ED drugs which had not been prescribed.

Maybe you guys go to a Pattaya in an alternate universe

But theres many Brit Bar owners / managers who supply boxes n boxes of the stuff

News to me.

I myself prefer pharmacies over bar owners for any medications.

I see the Dr Belen clinic mentioned above. If that is the one I am thinking of, opposite the side of the 2nd Rd Bangkok Bank, it is no longer there.

Anyone know where she moved to?

Just look for clinics that offer ED treatment. There are still many pharmacies that sell it but as MM mentioned it is probably wise not to mention them on an open forum for obvious reasons

Yeah, just saw this a few days ago. Now in Laem Chabang. Looks quite posh vs the old digs.

Adjacent to Princess Chulabhorn's College Chonburi which is some sort of "science school".
She is originally from the Philippines so speaks decent English. Ten or more years ago I saw her for treatment of conjunctivitis and after a couple of visits with no improvement I went to PIH on soi 4 where I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection after a bit of microscopic work. She was treating me for a virus. Following that I mentioned my experience with her to a couple of long term bar owners and they just chuckled knowingly. She had her own mini pharmacy on site and also an ambulance service.

I mentioned Belem Medical Clinic after taking a BG to see her. A course of anti-bio-tics and everything was OK but I was interested in the fact that we jut walked in got to see the doctor straight away and there was no fuss. I mentioned this to another mate who made a point of telling me that he got a script for some ED meds from the same place. It just seems easy compared to back home.

If Belen Clinic is shut perhaps someone can nominate another clinic with similar service.

I have just read back through this topic in case I had missed something. I cannot actually recall anyone asking about getting ED medication with a prescription and I wonder why you would want to? There are pharmacies all over Pattaya and I feel sure that most of them if asked would sell you any form of ED over the counter. without a script. I also feel sure that they don't keep the crap pill for casual callers and the good stuff for those with a prescription. Can someone tell me what I am missing here?

I purchased four boxes (50 per box) of Kamagra jells yesterday for 1,200 bt per box at a local 2nd road pharmacy - No questions asked - Also advised they were the the good quality jells from India, not the inferior Chinese ones. Price for two boxes was 1,500 bt per box.

Sidegra is 300 baht for a 4 tablet sleeve/100mg. I don't think that's expensive at all and I prefer it from the "real thing" because even many pharmacies sell counterfeit as real for a lot more money and it is frankly impossible to tell the difference just by looking at the damn thing

  • 3 weeks later...

I buy Sidegra at Charoen Pharmacy in Bangkok next to Bully's Pub on Sukhumvit Rd near Soi 4 Nana for 180 baht 4 X 100mg.

It's legally made in Thailand and is not a counterfeit, and fixed price is 180 baht for 4 X 100mg, although many pharmacies will try to sell it for more and justifies that with you have to pay for doctors fee=prescription! :whistling:

In Pattaya the cheapest price for Sidegra I've found was 200 baht for 4 x 100mg at a small pharmacy on Soi Dianna, past Soi LK Metro entrance and just before junction with Soi Bua Khao.

On some old packs that I bought last year you can see the price per tablet = 45 baht printed on the pack 45 X 4 = 180 baht, but on the new packs they haven't added it!

They even have 4 X 50 mg they sell for 100 baht per pack.

I use Levitra. Last time I bought it in Pattaya, it was at a place on 2nd Road which is commonly mentioned. The guy at the counter, possibly the owner, asked if I wanted the real thing or imitation. He pointed out that the real thing was more expensive, approximately twice as much. He showed me the imitation pointed out that the packaging was quite close. He said some would sell you the imitation and charge the original's price. I hope he wasn't one of them. :whistling:

Some places will sell it some won't. Sometimes it depends if they know you or not. Pattaya has cracked down on otc drugs like ED's. sleeping tabs, and steroids. It is not the wild west it used to be but is still fairly untamed :)
