That true, I walked to the end of the beach then went inland slightly and continued. After a couple of kms turned right and headed back towards the sea. There was a small fishing village which had a great seafood restaurant. I dont like seafood but the lady I took there that night loved it. Was way cheaper than the big restaurant at the south end of Jomtein.

That's a very good rate if you stay at all 33 hotels. But as it's only for one night at each hotel I doubt anyone would use them all. If I was in Thailand I doubt I would go to Krabi or Phuket or Trat or some of the other places. There are 5 in Pattaya but I'm buggered if I'd want to move 5 times just to save some money on hotels.

Was 2 from the UK and 1 from Pakistan who tested positive. Flights transitted through Dubai and Sydney. They werent allowed out of the departure lounge at either airport and kept seperate from other passengers. Well that's the theory anyway. It depends how strict the staff were at each airport.
