When Microsoft has been particularly active screwing up modifying Windows, you may have to reload a couple of times to get all of the features to appear.

May be misreading D's post, but he seems to suggest the Thai flight was airborne when Suvarnabhumi was closed. If that was the case, it wouldn't be too surprising that the national carrier could get clearance from the Navy and immigration to land at Utapao. I understand the concern, but the only times I have had credit card numbers go walk-about were in the U.S. and Canada.
