Recommended Posts

Just downloaded it from Amazon onto my Kindle for the pricely sum of £2.02 UK, might take a while to get round to reading it as I have a bit of a backlog of books waiting to be read on the Kindle.

Not a bad read at all LBJ, a lot of emotions that I think quite a few BM's could relate to. The ending got me wasn't expecting that at all.

We'll done great effort.

Thanks Sam, it could have been a better effort on my part but my budget for editing and cover art was non-existent. Part two of the story will be done by next fall.

BTW, I'm halfway thru writing my next offering which has nothing to do with Thailand. It's a sci-fi/thriller combo which I hope to have on Amazon by February. I think it will appeal to a lot more people and I guarantee it will be better written and edited!

Keep us updated when part two is available, I will purchase it.

Sci-fi books not really my thing, but best of luck with that one.

Thanks for your nice comments.Part two of this story (The Midnight Train) I hope to have out by this Fall. Until then I am nearly finished on another story that takes place in the USA. I can best describe it as a mystery/thriller with a touch of sci-fi but set in present day. I haven't decided on a title yet but will soon. I hope to have it online for download by next month.

I still don't know what "proms" are..nor what they have to do with the discussion of an ebook by one of our board members.

It's an abbreviation for "Promenade Concerts", an "English/British Institution", if you like, usually held in London's Royal Albert Hall. Lots of waving the Union Jack flag and "Land of Hope and Glory" and "stiff upper lip" old boy !The orchestra conductor always has a bit of fun and repartee with the audience ! see link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Proms

Thanks..that confirms papillon's comment was irrelevant, esp to an American.

Not surprised at all.
