What happen to Nams taxi service, you can't contact them from Windows?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but I have just logged-on to their website with no problems at all - https://www.namstaxiladydrivers.com

When you click on "Book now", all that happens is that a draft email is created (to namsladydrivers@gmail.com). You don't really need the website to write an email, provided you know her email address.

Used them early March, booked via email no issues.

I'm sitting at BKK now after another safe ride with one of Nam's drivers. Excellent service. She arrived about 30 minutes early, which I appreciate as I'd rather have the driver wait for me than me wondering if they're going to show if they try to show up exactly on time. Got my first ride ever in an EV too. Her car was a BYD model.

Echo this for the newer guys arriving. Transportation should be the least concern but for guys back home with jobs/family and an expensive 14-24 hour no cancel flight it becomes the most. I also appreciate the early arrival. When Nams was first suggested by a BM, Force?, It was excellent and I thought "Well this will go to shit in 6 months" but she has stayed consistent all these years.   For the CC Bells Bus is also a great option . But now a curmudgeon  in my 70's with arthritis my bus days are over.

I took the bell bus to the airport, end of January. It was good, new bus comfortable seats.pick up on time from hotel.cost 300 bath.I went to the bus station to book it myself.Massive saving of 20 bath or so by avoiding the online booking fee.Coming December I will spend the first two nights in Bangkok and take one of the airport buses to Pattaya and back to the airport.I will be 74 in June and only a small carry on.The rest of my stuff is in a locker at Pattaya self storage.

Open your own email provider

Click 'compose'

Enter namsladydrivers@gmail.com in the 'to' box.

Complete the details of when, what time, and where you want picking up from, along with where you want to go.

Tell them if there is more than one person needing collecting and if you will have a lot of luggage (so they can assign the right size of vehicle)

Click 'send'

Sit back, smile and congratulate yourself on a job well done! 😎

You're welcome! 🤓

In case you're wondering, this is due to your device being set up to respond to a click on an email link by opening Outlook, and has nothing to do with the website or its owner.  That can be changed to open whatever app/program/website you use for email.  If you're using a phone and are not technically inclined, any phone shop that speaks reasonable English should be able to help you.  Have them uninstall Outlook while you're at it, the phone app is a shitshow IMO.

I have never used Nam's taxis so haven't got an opinion. I did however look at the web site and note that they still offer a 1000 baht service to Pattaya from International.

As far as I know this may be one of the only ones left with a 1000.B fare but its apparently according to availability.

I realise that after travelling 24 plus hours a couple of hundred baht makes little difference but perhaps there are some out there that would welcome saving a few hundred baht on their Thai trip.
