  1. He was a bit smart assed, yes... but it was a honest jab to try to get you to post info. Nobody answers an ad like you posted. Nobody. If you want serious response to a request to sell something, you need to post as much info as possible or people (such as me) will just go look at ads that have full info and photos. If you dont have photos, no big deal, but you should have the rest of the info if its your bike to sell... so post it! Or don't. Its your loss, not ours. I was not, however, joking when I said we are both in the market. I have been looking for a CBR150 for about 3 months n
  2. You fit the mantle of troll much better then we do. I already own 2 motorbikes, and LD 2 as well. For LD he is looking for a smaller one (he has an 1100), and I am looking for a larger, having only 2 small ones. Not that its any of your business tho, since I doubt you really have a bike for sale. Probably just trying to get people to contact you out of some need of attention. If you spent more then a day here you would know most of that already. Both LD and I are very well known local expats.
  3. Whats really funny is that both LD100 and myself are both in the market for a CBR150, and you have no clue that you could have made a quick sale if you had put some info up. I will never reply to a blank ad like that, nor will any intelligent person. If you want to sell that bike, post some info. Simple as that. LD has it spot on. YOU are the one calling names and being rude to a long time member in good standing who most people that live here know very well, making your chances of selling that bike on this forum just about nill even if you do eventually give up details.
  4. Are you being sarcastic since he didn't post KM or price? Or did he edit it before I saw the thread?
  5. Am considering getting another puppy.... we already have one, but he needs a friend :) Where around Pattaya is the best place to find a decent variety of healthy puppies to look over? Havn't decided on a breed yet... but likely something small to medium sized, and preferably smart. I hate stupid dogs :) I saw Mirkwoods post on Chatuchak market... and may go there is no local places are up to scratch. Frosty
  6. Yup. After 9:pm the volume goes up and the customers turn black lol. I usually don't see many "gangsta" dressed folk in Thailand... but this is the place to find them. Pants sitting somewhere between the ass and the knees, dew rags, the whole lot. Its not a place I like to go, but seems there are quite a few freelancers that love it. Can't understand the attraction myself. Their menu is just as good as the other Gullivers tho, when its quiet enough to enjoy a meal. Frosty
  7. Ya, it is. Their roast beef sandwiches were exact copies of Arby's Classic. Really good roast beef :/
  8. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but unless they just moved, they are closed down. Tried going a couple times a couple weeks ago and they were closed up tight. :/ Frosty
  9. I disagree with LD on one point. The Darkside is not just for people wanting to save money... Its also for people that want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city. I like it QUIET - not just at night, but during the day... Few places in pattaya can offer that. And I am closer to the good afternoon entertainment over here lol. I do agree you should not use a Realtor unless you just cant find something. The cost will be 30%+ higher. Frosty
  10. Was open a week ago. Not sure about now.
  11. Sure it is. Obviously the banging was just a decoy to throw him off the scent of the real thief, who was likely invisible and smelled like chlorine. Get a grip. She makes loud banging while hes in the shower, acts strange afterward, and the safe has been broken in to. Do the math. IS there a chance she didnt do it? Sure... but its stupid to ASSUME it was someone else all things considered. Better to be wrong and have to apologize then to be right and let the thief walk away without being busted. But then... I expect this type of BS from you, so its all good
  12. If you heard a banging while you were in the shower and they she was acting strange, then she is the thief. While the method was uncommon, the theft by a BG is not. It happens every single night in pattaya, without exception. Personally I would name and shame. Even if your wrong about who it was, its not worth the risk. Thats what this board is for - giving and receiving information that will make your trip to Thailand safer and funner. For me that means staying away from any BG that is even possibly associated with something like this. In other words... lets see the pic and the bar
  13. Nice to see you still like to put your own spin on things. 400 baht is 100 baht more then most places. Show me where you can get a 200 baht Oil massage in pattaya today? I'm sure there is one, but I sure as hell would not want to lay down there. Probably dirty as hell. Some places 250, sure... but most 300. That is not double. Second, where did I say it was unsatisfactory? I said it was at least as good as ANY of the good massage places in town. Read before you post, and don't twist my words to mean what you want them to say. For comparison, I put the massages at Yellow House a
  14. Ok, So... I arrived at my scheduled time. The place is very nice at first appearance. Very clean and neat - comfortable. They have a menu of drinks you can order, at reasonable (but not low) prices (50bt beer). When you first walk in (unlike most places) the girls are not to be seen or heard - they hang out in the back and will come forward if called so you can take your pick. I had mine scheduled tho, so I didn't get to see that process. The girls that were there that late (8pm) were a mix of cute and average - I only saw 2 that I would do, and I am pretty picky - but I did not see al
  15. So... what your saying is that since a car is a car, a Ferrari should cost the same as a Pinto? Or perhaps a steak dinner should cost the same from a street vendor as in a 5 star eatery? Of course not. Thinking so is just stupid. You pay for more then just what you get - you pay for the ambiance of WHERE you eat, as well as the quality of the goods. A private room and shower has value. If you're not willing to pay it, that does not mean its a bad value - its just not for you. More for us
  16. Speaking of the dipping or oars... I made a booking with a girl recommended by the management for 6pm tonight. Will throw a report here afterward :)
  17. lol. "This song is now available on itunes, amazon and your mom"
  18. Exactly why I won't stay in the cheap villages on the darkside. Living out here is perfectly safe if you do so in a village that has a gate (only one entrance) and full time security. Nobody (not even residents) can get in to my place unless the guard opens the gate.
  19. Another question... What is a "Special Lotion Massage" for 500 baht/hr?
  20. I'll give it a try tomorrow. I agree with MM - its well worth an extra 100 baht (most good oil massages are around 300) for a private room, AC and private shower. Take Yellow House for example - nothing is private there, the AC sucks and the girls aren't near as cute as those pictured here. Well worth the extra, IMHO. So Luna (and btw, why you named Luna if its your friends shop? Just curious =P), this IS a mongering board... and I dont think anyone on this board would be interested in a CUTE masseuse if all they wanted was a massage. That said... since you can't (for obvious reasons)
