You guys who can just walk out your home or work place and step into a place that serves you fresh hot coffee have no Idea how lucky you are,stop whining 100baht a coffee is cheap even a starbucks espresso is perfectly drinkable,I have to get on my bike and ride 2km to get any sort of caffiene fix so I got a nespresso machine so I can get a half decent cup of coffee.

you may be missing the point the change will be to remove all the buildings that are out over the sea it will open up the bay and beach road will go down to the pier,it will look great, of course they will build bigger and better hotels at the cost of the gogo bars.
