Stayed once in Tims for a few nights the room stank of drains wont go back. One stay in page 10 good location good hotel but there is one problem the wi-fi only works in half the rooms and wi-fi in the room was deciding reason for staying there a lottery if it works or not,they may! have it fixed now.

You guys who can just walk out your home or work place and step into a place that serves you fresh hot coffee have no Idea how lucky you are,stop whining 100baht a coffee is cheap even a starbucks espresso is perfectly drinkable,I have to get on my bike and ride 2km to get any sort of caffiene fix so I got a nespresso machine so I can get a half decent cup of coffee.

you may be missing the point the change will be to remove all the buildings that are out over the sea it will open up the bay and beach road will go down to the pier,it will look great, of course they will build bigger and better hotels at the cost of the gogo bars. the dynasty soi 13 great location, had rooms for under a thousand if you stay for a month,1050 for a seven day stay. might want the money up front though.
