  1. Font appears ok to me, but it is doubled spaced. The font in signatures is grey, certainly in this thread. KM
  2. If they have little or no assets, it wouldn't be pursued, so a waste of time and effort and the only person gaining would be the lawyers. Even if they owned property, they could put an attachment against it for when it's sold, but that could be many many years away. They would not force you to sell it if it made you homeless or was heavily mortgaged.
  3. About £18 million, I've heard! ? KM
  4. Elvis has left the building!!! Well, not actually Elvis, but Jose Maurinho has! Just announced he has left Man United.
  5. ...and just to add to that. Once you get the list of forum threads that you haven't read, click on the black circle next to the thread name and it will take you to the first post you haven't read, rather than reading all the way through the topic. KM
  6. Don't know if you posted an image in this post, but I can't see one.
  7. As an idea, how about having a forum competition to design a new logo? Saves you having to pay someone and a bit of fun for those of an artistic bent! By the way, I'm in the Frosty school of drawing, so unfortunately I wont be entering!! KM
  8. Ben, I know you've only recently joined, but have you thought of doing a search through the forums? A lot of what you'r asking has already been discussed many times before. KM
  9. A few years ago I was walking down either Soi 2 or 3 or somewhere around there, when an Indian couple stopped me and firstly asked for directions to the beach! I pointed down the road, but then he wanted to know where my hotel was and would I like to have sex with his wife! She was definitely not a looker, so I politely declined and left them to find the beach or another bloke! KM
  10. Thanks for that. Looks a nice ride. Do they rent bikes there as well? KM

The EU wasn't playing, it was a European team. We might leave the EU, but we're not leaving Europe. KM
  12. You might as well have written this in Thai for all the understanding I have of it! Thanks for all your hard work with this, Frosty. We do appreciate it. KM
  13. I do this whenever I come out, Butch. I used to do an open invite in the forum to any member asking if they wanted anything bringing out, however now I have a couple of guys I just PM and ask what they need. I don't bring out anything I can't buy myself and fit it in my luggage, so no 'parcels from my mate' type of thing! Mind you, I had one member asking for something which I agreed to purchase and brought out, but when I tried to arrange to give it to him, he told me he was already back in the UK!! KM
  14. I've been using her taxis pretty much since she started when I even used to get a hug from her when she dropped me off! Not seen her for a while but all her drivers have been punctual, safe and polite. No issues whatsoever. KM
  15. When I was 14, I hoped that one day I would have a girlfriend. When I was 16 I got a girlfriend, but there was no passion, so I decided I needed a passionate girl with a zest for life. In college I dated a passionate girl, but she was too emotional. Everything was an emergency; she was a drama queen, cried all the time and threatened suicide. So I decided I needed a girl with stability. When I was 25 I found a very stable girl but she was boring. She was totally predictable and never got excited about anything. Life became so dull that I decided that I needed a girl with some exciteme
  16. It's in the right forum now. A lot of members just click on 'new content' so they would see it in whatever forum it's in. However if we let everyone post everything in just one forum there would be no point in having separate forums, making it more difficult for searching. KM
  17. Stop being such a drama queen. You're more likely to die of boredom riding 5-10 metres than you are of anything else. We have tried to give you advice, based on our experiences of both Pattaya, riding bikes and life in general. You have refused all offers of advice and decided that what you want is the only thing and nothing is going to change your mind that what you are looking for is the right thing to do. So why ask for advice and then rebuff it all? Why not just ask a motorbike taxi where he learnt to ride? Ask him what he would advise? Because as sure as shit smells, you're not takin
  18. How long do you think it would take you to be bored riding in short 5-10 metre spurts? As previously mentioned most bikes in Thailand are stop and go bikes, so no clutch bite point. All vehicles - bikes and cars - have different bite points, but roughly around the same point. You will not spend days trying to get used to a bite point. If doing a proper training course, it is designed to take you through that issue with a patient, experienced trainer. If you want to get ahead of the game, learn all the theory. You haven't said what your home country is and your profile says Afghanistan, but I
  19. Because of this thread I thought I'd give it a try for breakfast this morning. However I don't think I'll be rushing back for another one! I ordered a standard English breakfast, with tea, toast and juice for 120 baht, In UK terms @ £3. Cheap enough, but there are plenty of better deals around. However the problem was that nothing on the plate was hot. Luke warm was the warmest anything was and the beans might as well have come straight from the tin they were that cold. The 2 sausages were about 2 inches long and the bacon was dry and barely warm. Edible, but only just. It is in a good posi
  20. Passports, driving licences - it's horses for courses. I've been stopped on the bike many times, sometimes they check if I have a valid bike licence and not just a car licence, other times as soon as they see me pull out my IDL, they just wave me away. Exchange booths, sometimes I've been asked for my passport, often I'm not. I've never been stopped on the street and asked to produce my passport. The bottom line is you take a chance as to whether you carry each and every document all the time, or just select what you feel is right for you at the time and hope you don't get some pedantic sou
  21. Ah, ok - my apologies. Didn't realise you meant that long ago! KM
