Apart from Bangkok Hospital which will have a department there is La Natividee Dermatology & Laser clinic on Beach Road in the Nautical Inn Plaza near Mikes Shopping Mall. Well deserved too. A few days overstay would be acceptable due to miunderstanding, genuine mistake etc. , but nearly a year is inexcusable. It isn't exactly difficult to obtain a correct visa for Thailand!
