That is correct, you will need to have the cards mailed to an address within the States and have a third party mail them to you. My advice is have the third party put your credit card inside a greeting card and mail it.

They had a few that opened up but the health department shut them down pretty quick. It's my understanding that most States have banned them due to health concerns. I must admit that when I was in Pattaya last time, I tried the dip and thought they did a pretty good job!

I stopped in twice during my last visit and I will say that not only was the food horrible but so was the wait staff! I commented to the waitress that my sandwich was cold and my daughter never got the pizza she ordered.....Never saw her again after that! she sent the check bin over with a different server. I do like the location and like sitting on the water having a beer but when it comes to food.....I go else where.
