mate was booked from clark to BKK on Friday with Tiger. after he arrived at the airport he discovered they reschedule the plane by NINE HOURS. He decided to rebook for the next day, saturday. Turn up at the airport again today, only to find out that the plane has been cancelled. He has rebooked for tomorrow but given their track record so far he is not over confident.

Might I suggest that you keep a smaller bike for general "running around" in town and save your bigger bike for longer trips. riding a big bike in Pattaya can be a pain in the arse as you are often as slow in the traffic as the cars are.

This might be simpler for you. windows has a copy (or cut) and paste feature. I received an email from a friend in my address book who had been dead for about a year. I suspected that some type of virus had gained access to his address book and was spamming his contacts. I didnt open it, fortunately as my pc knowledge is very basic thanks for the heads up, if I got this problem I would have no idea how to fix it.

Did a ride around on the bike last night. Soi 7 and 8 were very quiet, a lot of bars hadnt opened but those that did appeared to be selling alcohol. had a SSC myself in one. New plaza also quiet but definitely drinking going on, and the same in the Made IN Thailand complex tho a lot of bars chose not to open.

I flew into swampy today from Clark. Landed at 3.55p, short walk to immigration, one line for a queue then filtered out to the main queueing area. I counted 14 counters open and only 2 people in front of me. I picked up my bags from the carousel at 4.15p !!!

There does seem to be a big difference in the quality of the picture on sophon depending on your type of accommodation. mate lives 5 streets away in a house, has a great picture and bought a 42 inch Tv, looks fine. I live in a room in a four story block and on the TV supplied the picture was pretty good, I bought a big Tv and the picture was pretty crap on a lot of the channels, particularly the ones I like, BBC, aljazeera, australia news, some movies etc. Made enquiries from others in the building and they have the same problem.manager got sophon in and its a little better but some channels s

when I first started reading this thread I was going to reply that I knew a couple of ladies that might be suitable, then as I read further I was f...g glad I didnt. LIke a couple of people have said offering any help or advice doesnt pay off except with personal attacks. its probably best just to keep quiet and stay below the radar.!! I also wear long cotton trousers and a shirt with collar at night. I almost always wear sandals though. Mate of mine was wearing some very expensive casual gear and a bg asked him why he "not dress nice like your friend" so I guess they do notice. NO SHIRT is bad form away from the beach and will get you some looks from the thais, even the poorest thai usually has a shirt on. I have acgtually seen falangs get fined for motorbike riding without a shirt on, its against the traffic law apparently.

I was getting quite paranoid about this and used to think I was the only one ignored and it was something wrong with me. then I started to read posts by younger, sexier men who had the same treatment so I felt a lot better. Arn't they just sending you more money to make calls, not giving you extra time before expiry? I thought that them sending money was no different to you going and putting extra baht onto the card yourself?

I drink here quite regularly and also use it as a shortcut home. Its one of the few bar areas in pattaya that seem to be getting busier, around 11p at night its still very busy with lots of customers and girls.

12 Call have a service where you can pay 30 baht a month to extend the expiry time of your SIM card. I have used it when I have been going to Philoippines for a couple of months. You dont get any call usage for the money, just an extension of time. 100 baht will only get you a short extension of time, I put 500 on mine a couple of days ago and got + 6 weeks.
