We had a good inch plus of late spring rain but the sun has been out for a couple of days and today is just about perfect for this ex-Californian. It is low to mid 80s today and a might warm I imagine for long time residents of the Pacific Northwest. It is supposed to get up to 97 Sunday...a nice summer morning in Fresno, my previous residential stop.

So, it got me out and about and I feel like sharing the euphoria.

I worked in Poland years ago and was attending some function at a Civic building and wandered into a large room where a small kid was playing this huge grand piano with some teacher watching. It was astounding and I stopped to listen for a while...
